Alpha Gem Lab provides independent, unbiased appraisals of diamonds, colored gemstones, and jewelry of all description. We do not buy or sell jewelry, nor are we affiliated with any retail jewelry store.

10. Do I need to make an appointment for an appraisal?

While walk-ins are welcome, an appointment is recommended. The time will be set aside for you, and with the exception of an occasional phone call, you’ll have our undivided attention. If you stop by without an appointment, we may be able to see you right away, but more likely you’ll have a long wait in our waiting room.
