11. Do I have to leave my jewelry with you to have it appraised?
No. Most folks would rather watch while their jewelry is being appraised. You’ll sit in front of us and observe the entire procedure. During the process, please feel free to ask any questions. We love to talk about jewelry! Hours are by appointment (Monday through Friday, 9-5). If you feel comfortable doing so, you’re welcome to drop off your jewelry on the way to work (You will receive a detailed receipt.), and pick it up on the way home. Multi-piece appraisals or items requiring substantial research may require additional time.
